Crystal Elixirs: A Guide to Creating Your Own Little Magic
Making an elixir is a great way to harness the power of crystals. The healing vibrations of crystals are transferred to water, and you can drink up all its benefits.
There is a need to ensure that you know what you are doing to avoid any mishaps along the way—so keep these in mind!
The Direct Method
The Direct Method entails the immersion of crystals into the water. This process cannot be used with toxic crystals.
Because this poses more risk, the Indirect Method which instead puts crystals in another container separate from the water is recommended. It removes the guesswork as to whether or not the crystal is toxic.
The Indirect Method
You need only three things to perform the Indirect Method of making elixirs: a large glass bowl, a small or medium glass bowl that fits inside the large bowl and three crystal of your choosing. Always wash your hands in case the crystals you use are either toxic or raw.
To make your elixir, follow the below steps:
- Thoroughly cleanse the crystals you have chosen.
- Dedicate the work of your crystals to the highest good as well as the good of others.
- Direct your healing intention for the elixir. Visualize the crystal’s healing energy flowing through the glass bowl and into the water.
- Put the smaller bowl inside the large bowl.
- Carefully put your crystals inside the smaller bowl.
- Pour water on the large bowl.
- Put a cling film over the bowls, especially if you plan to take them outside.
- Position the bowl under the sun or moon for at least four (4) hours.
Now you have your very own elixir!
Using your Elixir
There are various ways to enjoy your elixir; it’s just a matter of finding the perfect one for you and your body. You can put the elixir in a glass drinking vessel and consume it within the day.
You can also mix three parts elixir and one part brandy or vodka, which is referred to as the “Mother Elixir.” Put twelve drops of the Mother Elixir in a dropper bottle with spring water, and then take five drops on your tongue throughout your day.
Don’t exceed three times a day! Additionally, it is suggested that you discard your Mother Elixir if you don’t finish it after a month. Keep in mind that crystal healing is not in any way a substitute for appropriate medical care.
