Golden Abundance - Citrine Cluster

I have purchased and received many Karma and Luck items and have been very happy with their products and their packaging. My most recent purchase has been a disappointment. The 4-inch Crystal was wrapped in a piece of bubble wrap, but into an 8 x 8 inch box and shipped to me in that way. No packing slip, nothing to secure the Crystal in the box - (just flopping around in the box during shipment)- no Karma and Luck gift box or bag, no descriptive insert, nothing. Just a $139 Crystal with loose points that are likely the result of the sloppy packaging. My emails to them have taken days to receive a response. Finally, a reply that said we don’t have a box to fit the product (which, by the way, is shown on their website inside of a box). After replying to their email to ask about a return I have received no reply. This is twice now that I have received a damaged product with no customer service assistance . Their Assistance after the sale is very disappointing.
