Most orders are shipped within 3 business days. Before shipping, all items are cleansed in our Sacred Blessing area to ensure they arrive to you with the highest positive healing vibrations. Once your item ships, we will notify you via email. Please note that during busy seasons, processing an order can take 5-7 business days.

Customers typically receive their orders within 1-3 weeks, however, this timeframe may vary for international customers. Pre-ordered items will be shipped 3-4 weeks after purchase.

All orders except items on sale and earrings can be returned/exchanged for a full refund within 30 days with proof of purchase. During the holiday season, we offer an extended 60-day exchange window. Purchases made between November 1st to December 31st at midnight can be exchanged within 60 days of delivery with proof of purchase. Sale items are not eligible for exchanges. Our scents collection, sage sticks, candles, and soaps cannot be returned or exchanged after being opened or used. After an exchange is made, the item(s) do not qualify for refunds.
