Yes, we do!
Although we do our best to ship international packages promptly, the average delivery time is between 10-21 business days, excluding any delays and customs checks. This is also the case for Express shipping. Taxes and fees are determined according to local import rules.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the product weight and your shipping location. We strive to ensure shipping charges are affordable, however, we are at the mercy of our shipping carriers.
All items go through a handling period before they are shipped. This is when your items will be cleansed in our Sacred Blessing area to ensure they arrive to you with the highest positive healing vibrations.
Most orders are shipped within 3 business days. Our system will notify you via email when your order has been shipped. Please note that during busy seasons, processing an order can take 5-7 business days.
All of our items are shipped out of our fulfillment house in Las Vegas, NV.
Customers typically receive their orders within 1-3 weeks, however, this timeframe may vary for international customers. Pre-ordered items will be shipped 3-4 weeks after purchase.

For logistical purposes, items in the same order may arrive separately. We do this to ensure that items are shipped to our customers as quickly as possible.
Our carriers can take 2-3 business days after the shipment date to update a shipment. At that time, you can track the item via the tracking number.
We try our best to make sure you don't have to pay additional import or customs tax/duty charges but sometimes it is out of our control.
If you are charged additional taxes/duties, you are responsible for the payment of them as it is out of our hands at that point.

Online Orders
Unfortunately, our system requires that all exchanges be made where they were purchased. Please exchange your online purchase by contacting our Customer Service department and then shipping the item(s) back to us. Our Returns Policy will provide you with more information about making a return.
Please check your address on your confirmation email, which you should have received after your purchase. If there is a mistake with your address, please contact us at info@karmaandluck.com as soon as possible.
PLEASE NOTE: Once an order has been processed, we are no longer able to change the shipping address. In that case, please contact USPS (once the tracking is updated) to intercept the package and provide the new address to them directly.
Our system sends a confirmation email after you make your purchase and it will include your order number. If you didn’t receive it, please check your Junk folder. If you are still concerned that your order didn’t go through, you can always contact our Customer Service department.

Unfortunately, we do not have gift options available right now, but all of our items are beautifully packaged in a protective box.

Sales tax is automatically applied to your Karma And Luck order in accordance with individual state codes and regulations. Tax will be added if your shipping address is in one of the following states – AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, or the District of Columbia.

Retail Store Purchases
Unfortunately, our system requires that all exchanges be made where they were purchased. Please exchange your retail purchase at the store where you made the purchase. Our Returns Policy will provide you with more information about returning an item.
As a retail business, our prices may change in response to trends, inventory, and demand from the consumer. As such, we are not able to refund the difference.
We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. For your convenience, we also accept Apple Pay.

Karma And Luck gift cards are available at Karma And Luck stores and online in any amount from $100 to $10,000. Gift Cards are available for purchase online in pre-set denominations. They may be redeemed only at Karma And Luck stores or at https://www.karmaandluck.com/ for purchases within the U.S. They are not redeemable for cash or credit except where required by law. Karma And Luck is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
Sales tax will not be applied when you purchase a gift card. If merchandise items are included in your order, tax will only apply to merchandise items.
Gift cards will be shipped via FedEx and will require a signature upon delivery.
Care Instructions
Because of the delicate nature of jewelry, any damage caused by wear and tear will not be replaced. Please follow the guidelines listed below to ensure proper care of your jewelry.
- Always remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, bathing, or cleaning with household chemicals, especially those containing bleach or ammonia.
- Be sure to apply hairspray, creams, makeup, and fragrance prior to putting on your jewelry.
- Leather Jewelry - Do not expose it to water or any form of moisture.
- Plated Jewelry - Ensure it is dry prior to storing as moisture can lead to tarnishing.
Return and Exchange
Unfortunately, our system requires that all exchanges be made where they were purchased. Please exchange your retail purchase at the store where you made the purchase. Please exchange your online purchase by contacting our Customer Service department and then shipping the item(s) back to us. Our Returns Policy will provide you with more information about making a return.
You may cancel any Karma And Luck order as long as the order status is “in process.” If the order status has changed to “shipped,” it is beyond the point where we can cancel it as it is now in the hands of our shipping carriers.

PLEASE NOTE: Once an order has been processed, we are no longer able to make any adjustments to it.
We take great pride in ensuring that the product images in our online catalog represent the exact look and quality of the items our customers receive. Should this not be the case, please send a photo of the item you received to info@karmaandluck.com so we can confirm that the correct product was shipped.
Our products are handcrafted with care and a strong attention to detail and quality. Due to the delicate nature of some designs, breakage can occur, although it is rare. If your item is broken, please contact us and send a photo of your item and receipt to info@karmaandluck.com.
