We are currently seeking Sales Associates to join our team in our new location at the Galleria Mall, Houston, TX with a grand opening December 15, 2021. Our Sales Associates are an integral part of the Karma and Luck family. Job duties for Sales Associates range from greeting customers, answering questions, offering assistance, suggesting items, lending opinions and providing product information. Individual responsibilities as a Sales Associate may include demonstrating outstanding customer service and reaching daily goals, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise, or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers to the location, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • Recommends merchandise based on product knowledge and customer preferences
  • Go the extra mile” to drive sales
  • Meet daily/monthly sales goals
  • Work well and support co-workers to ensure outstanding service and sales
  • Build productive trust relationship with customers
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
  • Process POS (point of sale) purchases; handle and process returns of merchandise
  • Comply with inventory control procedures
  • Open and close location; following procedures and ensuring the location is properly secured.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional job duties/responsibilities as assigned


  • 3+ years’ work experience in fashion retail sales

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Motivated and results driven

  • Proven ability to motivate a sales force and drive results through people

  • Ability to work flexible shifts on days, nights, holidays and weekends according to the needs of the business

  • Great sense of personal style

  • Interest in growing with the company long-term

  • Bi-lingual skills a plus
